Which edge should I use?
Flat edge = smooth for light/uncoated paper. Serrated edge = grip for thicker or coated rolls. Flip and try both, feel free to experiment; you'll quickly see which side works best for your type of paper.
Can it be mounted vertically?
Nope, vertical isn't supported (the roll might slip). Stick to tabletop or horizontal wall/table mounting for best results.
What size rolls fit?
Up to 9.5″ diameter, 18″ length, 1″+ core. Perfect for most standard paper rolls.
Why isn't the edge sharp like a knife?
Because safety first! The edge is designed to tear, not cut. With the right technique (and a little confidence), you'll get a clean tear without the danger. Sharp blades don't belong in homes, schools, or workshops.
